Gasoline prices turn around in Maine, up 10 cents
Weeks of lower gasoline prices in Maine have ended and the average price increased one cent per gallon last week.
The site MaineGasPrices.com price monitoring, said average prices for retail gasoline in Maine was $ 3.73 a gallon on Sunday, 10 cents per gallon more than they were a week earlier.
Including this change, the prices in Maine Sunday were 97.6 cents per gallon higher than they were on the same day a year ago but still 1.4 cents per gallon less than a month ago.
The national average, meanwhile, fell 9.1 cents a gallon in the last month, but is 91.7 cents per gallon higher than that day one year ago.
